The Inspire Sub-Committee needs your help kicking off something new for Young Agents - introducing iNAP (New Agent Power Hour)! Every month, we’ll bring Young Agents together on Zoom for a 45-minute peer chat designed to spark conversation, collaboration, and fresh ideas. Each session will begin with a focused discussion topic led by an iLEAD committee facilitator, followed by an open forum discussion where you can ask questions, share insights, and connect with fellow Young Agents across the state.
Join our first iNAP Session: March 23rd at 2pm for a 45-minute overview of iLEAD, NYAC (The Big “‘I” National Young Agents Committee), and Big “I” resources, along with the goals and expectations for iNAP. Facilitator Daniel Rohrbaugh will lead introductions, highlight year-to-date wins and challenges, and open the conversation to hear what topics you want to explore in future sessions.
Yes, we know 2pm can feel like nap time… so bring your coffee, your comfy blanket, your afternoon snack, and power up with us instead! ☕
This first session is generously sponsored by Harford Mutual, and we’ll be raffling off Starbucks gift cards to a few lucky attendees. Don’t miss this chance to recharge your afternoon and your agency's growth.
