And because YADC26 falls right before Halloween, we're bringing some spooky-season fun! 🎃 Join us Thursday evening at Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar for After Hours: Don't Ghost Your Future, featuring drinks, appetizers, skyline views, and a costume contest with prizes for some of the most creative looks. August iNAP: Make an Impact Beyond the Office  

Join iLEAD's iNAP (New Agent Power Hour) on August 24^th at 2:00pm for Community Involvement: Making an Impact Beyond Your Job Description. Facilitated by iLEAD committee member, Alyssa Klepchick, this interactive discussion will explore ways young agents can get involved within their agency, support community initiatives, build local connections, and make a meaningful impact both professionally and personally. Bring your questions, share your experiences, and connect with fellow Young Agents from across North Carolina. 

Give Back with iLEAD at InsurEXPO26

This year at InsurEXPO26, the iLEAD booth is giving Young Agents another way to make an impact! We’re collecting grocery store gift cards for stores in the RTP area and monetary donations to support a Christmas Dinner Drive benefiting Community of Hope Ministries.

Bring a grocery store gift card with you or scan the QR code at the iLEAD booth to donate on the spot. As a thank-you for your contribution, we’ll have a small gift waiting for you! Donations will help purchase groceries for Christmas dinner baskets that volunteers will box at the IIANC office in Cary on December 3^rd. Stay tuned for more details on how you can get involved!

Ready for Top Gun? Take Your Advocacy Skills Higher 

Insurance is highly regulated, and those elected NC Insurance Commissioner and to the state legislature make the rules, regulations and set taxes that independent insurance agents operate under.

The iLEAD Top Gun program is a chance for Young Agents to learn more about how the world of government, politics, and advocacy work (and earn a little CE credit, too).

Top Gun starts with one in-person session in Raleigh on October 9^th, with two virtual sessions on October 16^th and 23^rd - there will also be a special iLEAD Top Gun graduation as part of the Young Agents Development Conference on October 29^th.
